Track your strength training progress with the Lift4fit Gym Workout Logger app. Choose from a variety of popular templates such as 5x5, MadCow, Wendler 5/3/1, and N-Suns, or create a custom plan. The app includes over 100 exercises, allows easy workout logging with editable reps, sets, and weights, body weight and fat tracking options, custom bodybuilding programs, a plate calculator, progress tracking features, and more. Additionally, you can conveniently log your workout sessions directly from your Apple Watch without the need for registration.
Developed based on valuable user feedback received on the Wendler 531 app, Lift4fit offers a comprehensive set of features:
